Designed primarily to enhance communication with City Hall, the app aims to foster a connected and informed community. Its features include:

• Submitting citizen requests to report issues such as potholes, coyote sightings, or fallen street tree limbs, with ongoing updates on request statuses.
• Accessing online services like class registration and employment applications.
• Purchasing tickets for events at the Torrance Cultural Arts Center.
• Making digital payments for utilities and parking citations.
• Exploring the city’s event calendar to stay current on local happenings.
• Locating Torrance Transit bus routes and schedules.
• Following official TorranceCA accounts on social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
• Viewing content from Torrance CitiCABLE’s programs via their YouTube channel.

While the app offers numerous features for non-emergency interactions, it is important to note that it does not replace calling 911 in emergency situations. It serves as a supplementary tool for situations where city staff assistance is appropriate.
